Established in 1976, JR Sabater, SA initially focused on Wine Vinegar Packaging. By 1982, the company expanded with the construction of a vinegar Manufacturing and Packaging plant and a Quality Control Laboratory in Cabezo de Torres, near Murcia, on a 7,500 m2 plot. Since then, JR Sabater has continuously upgraded its equipment and machinery, incorporating cutting-edge technology for vinegar production and packaging. Today, the company is a leading industry benchmark, boasting a production capacity of 60 million liters. In 2004, a pivotal moment arrived with the construction of another Manufacturing and Bottling Plant in Jerez de la Frontera, complemented by a fully equipped Quality Control Laboratory. This facility also includes a winery dedicated to aging vinegars with the Jerez Designation of Origin, utilizing 8,000 French and American oak casks for this purpose.
